WARDOGS Beta: Current Test Status

Find the beta information you need

Use the date and time table to plan a session, or the access guide if you are trying to get into the test. The Closed Beta 02 briefing explains the systems BULKHEAD is testing.

Does joining the beta give you the game?

There are two ways into this test: a WARDOGS pre-order guarantees access, while a Steam Playtest request enters the pool for invitations. The latter is a request to participate in testing; the Steam store still lists the commercial game as a separate purchase. ^{[01]EVIDENCE / 01WARDOGS on SteamOpen source (opens in a new tab)}

The word “closed” describes admission. BULKHEAD is adding players in waves to control the load on its systems, so the request button can be available while an individual account is still waiting. ^{[02]EVIDENCE / 02WARDOGS Closed Beta 02 announcementOpen source (opens in a new tab)}
