Read the reward destination before spending time

A reward associated with a WARDOGS stream could be an in-game item or a Twitch benefit such as a chat badge. Twitch supports both. Read the description to see where the reward will appear; a familiar game name is not enough to establish what you are earning. Do not use an old “Drops enabled” screenshot as your checklist. Our advice is to record the campaign name, exact reward and deadline from the current entry. If you cannot find a matching WARDOGS campaign, stop there rather than choosing a subscription based on a tracker.

Separate progress, claiming and delivery

If the progress bar has stopped, check that the stream is live and participating. Watching multiple channels at once does not accelerate a Drop. For a support request, keep a screenshot of the reward's claimed status and its campaign description. That is more useful than reporting only how long you watched.

Keep beta items separate from launch promises

A beta-labelled item needs its own carry-over statement. A claimed entry in Twitch does not establish whether the item can be used in Early Access. Before relying on it for your starting equipment, look for an explicit statement for that reward in the campaign or a BULKHEAD announcement.
